If you were like me as a kid, you had an unlimited imagination, but a very limited budget. How can i produce large illusions without all the expense?
Enter “Victory Carton Illusions” by U.F. Grant.
For less than $10, this booklet promised to show you how to levitate, produce spirits, and cut people in half with props all made out of ordinary cardboard boxes. Amazing!
This has become a classic in the world of magic and no library is complete without a copy. But the one thing that always bothered me was the lackluster cover.
I wanted to create a version that was a tribute to the original idea of a cardboard box, but give it a more dynamic and impressive style. I drew the boxes floating and created the art deco style V in the masthead to create a sense of power.
This would look great on a wall in your library.
This is available in a 16″ x 20″ format. (40.64 x 50.8 cm)
It is printed on matte poster paper to limit smudging and with UV resistant inks to preserve color fastness.
