The scientific name of this insect is Graphocephala atropunctata. But you may know it better as a Blue-Green Sharpshooter.  They are mostly found on the west coast in California, where they terrorize grape farmers. I guess they like the vino. I happened to find this one in a park near my house. It makes me wonder if there is a wild grapevine lurking in the park. 

This is available in an 8″ x 10″ and also 16″ x 20″ format.  (40.64 x 50.8 cm)

It is printed on matte poster paper to limit smudging and with UV resistant inks to preserve color fastness.
