Chad Sanborn is a creative professional with experience in a multitude of artistic disciplines. From an early age he showed an aptitude for art and expressed his creativity by drawing all over his bedroom walls – much to the dismay of his parents who repeatedly said “You can never make money from art.”
So Chad was forced to work regular jobs and keep his art as a hobby. Then one day he discovered that television and movies have “Art Departments“. This is an entire industry of people who create art, design sets, make custom props and other things that are used by actors both onstage and on the big screen. It’s here that Chad found his home and he has been busy making props ever since.
Proving once again that kids ARE smarter than their parents… Even if it takes 40 years to figure that out.
