In 2020 there was more than just a virus. There were also wildfires dotting the US west coast and parts of middle America. I drove through a fire zone in Colorado that was still smoking from a wildfire that raged just a few days before. As I arrived in Utah the smoke was still heavy in the air. So I made my way to Arches National Park when the sun was setting. Arches has some spectacular views and I knew the smoke would make for some great sunset colors. I was not disappointed. The purple, pinks and yellows created amazing contrast to the old desert trees. 
Here I managed to capture the sun peeking between the branches of this old tree and it reminded me to always seek the beauty of life, even in the middle of its wild fires. 

This is available in an 8″ x 10″ and also 16″ x 20″ format.  (40.64 x 50.8 cm)

It is printed on matte poster paper to limit smudging and with UV resistant inks to preserve color fastness.
